Structure and Composition
It usually consists of two parts: an inner core and an outer casing. The inner core is a steel wire responsible for transmitting tension; the outer casing is generally made of materials such as plastic or rubber, serving to protect the inner core and allow it to slide smoothly within. Both ends are typically equipped with special connectors for connecting to the accelerator pedal and throttle.
Working Process
When the driver presses the accelerator pedal, the pedal pulls the inner core of the throttle cable through the lever principle, transmitting the tension to the throttle, which increases the throttle opening, allowing more air to enter the engine combustion chamber. This air mixes with fuel and burns, thereby increasing the engine's power and accelerating the car. Conversely, when the driver releases the accelerator pedal, the tension in the throttle cable's inner core decreases, and the throttle returns to its initial position under the action of springs and other devices, reducing the intake volume, decreasing engine power, and slowing down the car.

Widely used in traditional fuel vehicles, especially in models that use mechanical throttle control. It is one of the key components for the driver to control the car's speed, playing a crucial role in various driving scenarios, whether on city roads, highway cruising, or climbing mountainous roads.
